What You Need to Know Before You Send Us Your Print Job

We keep file submissions simple. Send us PDF, AI, EPS, or high-res JPEG or PNG files. If you’re designing in Canva, Microsoft Word, or Publisher, export as a PDF to preserve your layout. We prefer CMYK color mode for full-color jobs, and we recommend 300 dpi for images. For text-heavy pieces, make sure fonts are embedded or converted to outlines. Not sure about your file? Just email us what you have; we’ll double-check it and let you know if anything needs adjusting.

Paper and material options vary by project. We stock uncoated and gloss-coated papers in several weights for flyers, brochures, and letterhead. For business cards, we offer thick 14pt or 16pt cardstock with a matte or glossy finish. We also print on vinyl, banner material, and adhesive-backed paper for signs and decals. If you need a specific stock or specialty finish—like a textured paper or a spot UV coating—just ask. We’ll walk you through what’s available and give you a clear recommendation based on your budget and use.

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the job and current workload. Most standard projects—like flyers, business cards, and postcards—are ready in 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Larger runs or custom materials may take a week or slightly longer. You can always ask us for a current estimate when you place your order.

Before we print anything, we send you a digital proof. This PDF shows your layout, colors, and trim lines. Check everything—headlines, contact info, logos, spelling—and let us know if it looks good or needs changes. We don’t start printing until you give us the go-ahead. That way, you get exactly what you expect, no surprises.
