Preparing Your Files for Promotional Products

To get started, send us your artwork in a print-ready format. We prefer PDF, AI, or EPS files with 0.125-inch bleeds and fonts converted to outlines. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, make sure it’s at least 300 dpi at the final size. For custom items like magnets or vinyl banners, we can work with layered Photoshop files or high-resolution images—just let us know what you have.

We offer a variety of material options for promotional products: cardstock for business cards and postcards, vinyl for banners and stickers, and specialty stocks like synthetic paper for durable outdoor use. Tell us where your items will be used, and we’ll recommend the best material. Turnaround typically takes five to ten business days, depending on quantity and complexity.
