What to Send and What to Expect
For black‑and‑white print and copy jobs, we work with the files you already have. Send us PDF, TIFF, or high‑resolution JPEG – we can also accept Word, Excel, or Publisher files if needed. Just make sure text is sharp and images are at least 300 dpi. If you’re bringing in a hard copy, we can scan it and prep it for printing.
- Paper options: 20 lb. bond for everyday documents, 24 lb. for a heavier feel, or 60 lb. offset for crisp text and clean fliers. We also carry cardstock for covers and small signs.
- Stapling, folding, hole‑punching, and collating are all available on‑site.
Most black‑and‑white orders placed by noon are ready the next business day; smaller runs can often be done the same day. Before we print, we review your file for common issues – low resolution, missing fonts, or unusual margins – and give you a quick digital proof to OK. No surprises.
