What You Need to Know Before We Print Your Brochures

When you’re ready to send us your brochure design, we accept common file types: Adobe InDesign (.indd), Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), PDF, or high-resolution JPEG. If you have our in-house team design the brochure from scratch, we’ll work with you to finalise the layout in a standard format. For bulk printing, we primarily use 100lb or 80lb gloss text, but we also offer matte cover stock for a more subdued finish. We’ll recommend the best paper weight based on your budget and how your brochures will be used — folded, racked, or handed out.

File guidelines: Include bleeds (minimum 1/8 inch on all sides) and convert text to outlines or embed fonts to avoid reflow issues.
Turnaround: Most brochure jobs run from 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, though rush service is often available.

Before we hit print on your bulk order, we send you a digital proof — usually a PDF — showing exactly how your brochure will look. You can mark any changes right on the proof. Once you give the go‑ahead, we produce a physical sample on your chosen paper so you can see the colour and feel the stock. Only after you approve that sample do we run the full batch. This two‑step proofing keeps surprises off the press and your brochures on brand.
