Getting Your Business Cards Printed – What You Need to Know

When you’re ready to order, sending us the right files makes the process smooth. For business cards, we work best with PDF files that include ⅛-inch bleed on all sides and text kept at least ¼-inch from the edge. If you don’t have a design yet, we can help with simple layouts from your details. We also accept high-resolution JPEG, TIFF, or PNG files at 300 DPI. Just make sure your fonts are outlined or embedded so nothing shifts.

For paper and material, we offer a range of options specifically for business cards. Choices include 14-point or 16-point cardstock with a matte, gloss, or uncoated finish. We also carry thicker premium stocks and even soft-touch laminate for a professional feel. All materials are sourced from reliable U.S. suppliers and cut to the standard 2 x 3.5-inch size.

Turnaround: Most business card orders are completed in 3 to 5 business days from approval. Rush service is available for tighter deadlines.
Proofing: Before we print, we’ll send you a digital proof via email showing the exact layout and colors. You’ll need to approve the proof in writing – this catches any last-minute typos or alignment issues. We don’t start production until you give the OK.
