Getting Started with Your Duplication Job

To make sure your CDs or DVDs come out exactly as you expect, we need two things from you: the data for the discs and the artwork for the labels. For disc data, send us a single ISO file if you want an exact copy of a master disc, or organize your files in a clear folder structure so we can burn them in the order you prefer. For the label artwork, a print-ready PDF file works best. Include all fonts or convert them to outlines, and set the resolution to at least 300 dpi. If you’re printing directly on the disc, we’ll need a round template with a 4.72‑inch outer diameter and a 0.79‑inch center hole. We accept most common formats for both data and artwork, so just ask if you’re unsure about yours.

You can choose from standard printable CD-Rs (700 MB) or DVD-Rs (4.7 GB) in white or silver. For labels, we offer full-color glossy or matte paper labels, plus direct-to-disc thermal printing for a smooth, durable finish. If you need a more professional look, opt for the glossy paper labels – they hold colors well and resist smudging. Turnaround usually takes three to five business days after you approve your proof, but we can discuss faster timelines for smaller jobs. Rush orders are often possible, depending on our current workload.

Before we run the full job, we always send you a digital proof of the label artwork. You’ll review it on screen, make any changes, and give us the final okay. For disc data, we can burn a single test disc and ship it to you for verification – just ask when you place the order. Once you approve the proof and confirm the test disc plays correctly, we start duplication. That way, there are no surprises when you receive your finished discs.
