Getting Your Copy Job Started

When you bring in a copy project, just tell us what you have. We work with most common file types—PDF, Word, Excel, and image files like JPG or PNG work fine. If you only have a hard copy, no problem: we can scan it and use that as your original. For fax services, we accept printed documents or digital files you email to us, and we’ll handle the transmission.

We offer a range of paper choices to match your needs. Standard 20 lb. bond works for everyday copies, but we also carry heavier cardstock, bright colors, and recycled options. If you’re making flyers or handouts, let us know if you want single‑sided or double‑sided, black‑and‑white or color. Our goal is to give you clean, readable copies without extra frills.

Turnaround is straightforward. Most copy jobs up to a few hundred pages are ready the same day if you drop them off early; larger runs may need a day or two. We’ll give you a realistic time frame when you place the order. Before we run the full batch, we always print one proof copy for you to review. Check the alignment, color, and paper choice, and if anything looks off we’ll adjust it right then. That way you get exactly what you expect—no surprises.
