Getting Your Custom Envelopes Printed

When you’re ready to order, send us your design as a high-resolution PDF. We also accept AI, EPS, or PSD files—just make sure all fonts are outlined or embedded and any images are at least 300 dpi. For envelope templates, we can provide the correct die‑line and bleed guides so your artwork fits perfectly. If you don’t have a print‑ready file, ask us about our layout service.

We print on standard #10, A2, and square‑flap envelopes in white or kraft paper, plus heavier cardstock for announcements or invitations. Many customers choose a subtle coated stock for a polished feel. Turnaround for most custom envelope orders is five to seven business days after proof approval. Rush service may cut that down to two or three days, depending on complexity and materials availability—just let us know when you place the order.

Before any envelope goes to press, we send you a digital proof (PDF) showing your artwork positioned on the exact envelope style and size you selected. Review it carefully for copy, placement, and color. Once you approve the proof in writing, we begin production. Need a physical sample on your chosen paper?
