Submitting Your Letterhead Job

When you send us your letterhead artwork, the easiest formats are PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or a high-resolution JPEG (300 dpi or higher). If you have a design in another program, just ask — we can work with most common file types. We recommend including any fonts or linked images so everything prints exactly as you intended.

Paper options: Choose from standard 24 lb. bond (the classic office feel), 70 lb. text for a heavier, more substantial sheet, or specialty stocks like linen, laid, or recycled. We’ll help you match the right paper to your brand image.
Turnaround: Most letterhead orders are ready within 3–5 business days after your proof is approved. Rush service is available if you need it sooner.
Proofing process: Before we print a single sheet, we e‑mail you a digital proof showing your letterhead layout, colors, and text. You review it, request any changes, and give us the final okay. Nothing goes on press until you’re satisfied.
