Sending Files & Setting Up Your Presentation Folder Job

When you’re ready to order, send us your finished files as print‑ready PDFs with ⅛″ bleeds and crop marks. We also accept native files from Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop, but a flattened PDF is easiest for us. If you have a specific folder template or die line, include it; otherwise we can supply a standard layout for pocket folders, business card slits, or any custom cut‑outs you need.

File formats: High‑resolution PDF, AI, INDD, or PSD (text converted to outlines or fonts included).
Color: CMYK only; we cannot guarantee spot color matches from RGB files.
Bleed & safety: ⅛″ bleed on all sides; keep all text and critical artwork at least ¼″ from the trim edge.
Quantity & details: Let us know the exact number of folders, any glue pockets, and if you want business card slits or a laminated finish.

For paper and material, we stock coated cover stocks from 12 pt to 16 pt, plus textured linen, felt, and recycled options. Each works well for folding and gluing presentation folders. Turnaround is generally 5–7 business days after you approve the proof; we can discuss faster timing if needed. Before anything goes to press, we’ll send you a digital proof showing color, layout, and fold lines. For complex designs we can also provide a physical mock‑up so you can feel the paper and check the pockets. Once you give the thumbs‑up, we print your folders.
